Suspension and Discharge. A claim by a nurse who has completed his/her probationary period that she/he has been unjustly discharged or suspended shall be treated as a grievance if a written statement of such grievance is lodged by the nurse with the Employer at Step No. 2 within seven (7) work days after the date of the discharge or suspension.
