Common use of SURVIVING SPOUSE INSURANCE COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

SURVIVING SPOUSE INSURANCE COVERAGE. In case of the death of an employee, who has been employed full-time by the Board of Education for twelve (12) years or longer, the surviving spouse shall have the option of continuing the health insurance plan provided by the Board of Education. Additional dependents may not be added to the plan after the employee's death. The full cost of the premium is to be paid by the surviving spouse.
