Other Insurance Coverage. When another policy is in existence which provides benefits also covered by this policy, benefits will be coordinated. All claims incurred in the country of residence must be made in the first instance against the other policy. This policy shall only provide benefits when such other benefits payable under the other policy have been exhausted. Outside the country of residence, Bupa Insurance Company will function as the primary Insurer and retains the right to collect any payment from local or other insurers.
Other Insurance Coverage. A. OCEA shall maintain a trust fund approved by the State of California for the sole purpose of providing dental, vision, disability and other benefits for employees in regular or limited term positions in the Representation Unit.

Generally If you receive services that are covered by the Plan and that are also covered by another payment source, your Benefits will be coordinated with the other payment source. This is called coordination of benefits (“COB”). Your Benefits may also be subject to something called “subrogation.” The purpose of COB and subrogation is to prevent duplicate payment for the same service. This section does not provide coverage for any service or supply that is not expressly covered under this Agreement, nor increase the level of coverage provided under this Agreement.

The Superior Court shall, on a biweekly basis, forward an amount equal to the rate paid by the County as set forth in the County General Unit Memorandum of Understanding for all regular hours paid for all employees in this Representation Unit for deposit in said trust fund; the Superior Court shall forward at least monthly an amount equal to the rate paid by the County as set forth in the County General Unit Memorandum of Understanding for each regularly scheduled hour in each full pay period of unpaid leave which meets the requirements of Family Leave pursuant to Article IV, Section 14 and applicable law.

Other Insurance Coverage. A. The Canton Township Board of Trustees shall provide dental, vision, life, cancer and worker’s compensation coverage, which is in effect presently. Life insurance coverage shall be maintained at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) per employee.

At least five (5) business days prior to the date Tenant commences construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord certificates of insurance from the carrier(s) providing insurance to Tenant’s contractor and Tenant’s architect evidencing the following types of coverage in such amounts as are reasonably determined by Landlord to be necessary for the construction of the Tenant Improvements: (i) professional liability insurance; (ii) commercial general liability insurance; (iii) business automobile liability insurance; (iv) workers’ compensation insurance; and (v) umbrella liability insurance. The insurance specified in (i), (ii), (iii) and (v) above shall name Landlord and Landlord’s property manager as additional insureds, and all such policies shall provide that thirty (30) days’ written notice must be given to Landlord prior to termination or cancellation.
