Survivial. The Consultant’s obligations set forth in Sections 7 through 9 hereof shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Agreement and the period of the Consultant’s service to the Company.
Survivial. All representations and warranties of Landlord shall survive the termination of the Lease for one (1) year, all representations and warranties of Tenant made in Section 5.03, entitled Hazardous Materials shall survive the termination of the Lease for one (1) year.
Survivial. All obligations arising prior to any termination of this Agreement and all provisions of this Agreement allocating liability between the City and Consultant shall survive any such termination.

This Agreement and all covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made herein and in the certificates delivered pursuant hereto shall survive the making by Lender of the Loan and the execution and delivery to Lender of the Note, and shall continue in full force and effect so long as all or any of the Debt is outstanding and unpaid unless a longer period is expressly set forth herein or in the other Loan Documents. Whenever in this Agreement any of the parties hereto is referred to, such reference shall be deemed to include the legal representatives, successors and assigns of such party. All covenants, promises and agreements in this Agreement, by or on behalf of Borrower, shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, successors and assigns of Lender.
Survivial. 37.1 The expiry or termination of this Lease will not discharge or release any Party from any of its liabilities or obligations accrued at the time of such expiry or termination (including a breach) or from any of its liabilities or obligations that expressly continue beyond or arise out of such expiry or termination of this Lease.
Survivial. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms of Use, Sections 6(A) (TRANSACTION FEE), 7 (PAYMENT OF TRANSACTION PROCEEDS), 9 (CHARGEBACKS AND OTHER EXCEPTION ITEMS), 11 (BILLING AND PAYMENT), 0 (OWNERSHIP OF CURBPAY SERVICES), 14 (WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), 15 (INDEMNIFICATION), 16 (REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; FURTHER ACTIONS), 17 (GOVERNING LAW; ARBOTRATION OF DISPUTES), and 23 (SURVIVAL) hereof shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms of Use; provided, further, that, other than any grants of exclusivity contained in these Terms of Use, any and all obligations of Merchant under these Terms of Use and the Supplemental Agreements shall survive any expiration or termination hereof or thereof until all Curb Equipment has been returned to Curb.
