Survival of this Section. The arbitration provisions of this Section 14.06 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Survival of this Section. The Parties hereto expressly agree and understand that the provisions of this Section 9 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Survival of this Section. Receiving Party shall be responsible for any breach of this section caused by any of its representatives. The provisions of this Section 10 shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason for a period of two (2) years after such termination or expiration. In the event of any conflict between the terms and provisions of this section and those other sections in this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this section will prevail.
Survival of this Section. The provisions of this Section 22 shall survive the Closings and delivery of the Deeds.
Survival of this Section. The arbitration provisions of this Section 5 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement for a period of two (2) years following such termination or expiration; provided, however, that the waiver of immunity and consent to suit and the aribitration provision of this Section 5 shall continue to survive and remain effective for any proceedings then pending, and all appeals therefrom.
