Survival of Termination. The provisions of Sections 1.7, 1.8, 3.1, 3.2, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.10 and 5.13 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Termination. The obligations of the parties under this Agreement that by their nature would continue beyond expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the warranties, indemnification obligations, confidentiality requirements and ownership and property rights) shall survive any such expiration, termination or cancellation.
Survival of Termination. The following paragraphs shall survive the termination of this Agreement: 2, 3, 8, 10, 11, and this paragraph 15.

Survival of Termination. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sections 3.3(f), 3.6, 11, 12, 13.4, 13.5, 14, 15(a), 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, 27 and this Section 26 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Termination. No termination of this Agreement shall constitute a termination or a waiver of any rights of either Party against the other Party accruing at or prior to the time of such termination. The obligations of Sections 4, 5, 7, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Termination. The rights and obligations of the Parties set forth in accordance with this Section XII shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason and shall continue to apply during ten (10) years following expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever.
Survival of Termination. All representations, warranties, and indemnities made in this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.
