Common use of Survival of Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival of Termination. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sections 3.3(f), 11, 12.3, 12.4, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25 and this Section 28 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
