Survival of Indemnification Obligations. The provisions of this Article 13 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Indemnification Obligations. Tenant's obligations and/or liability under this Article 10 arising during the Term hereof shall survive any termination of this Lease.
Survival of Indemnification Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival or termination of any other agreement of the Borrowers under this Agreement, the obligations of the Borrowers under Sections 11.13.3, 12.10, 18.1 and 18.2 and under ARTICLE 22 shall survive the execution hereof, the termination of the Total Commitment and the repayment in full of the Loan.

Survival of Indemnification Obligations. The Authority’s Indemnification Obligations survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
