Surveillance and Video Recording. For security, property and confidentiality protection, as well as the Service quality control, in accordance with the requirements determined under the law on “personal data protection”, the Bank monitors the outer space of the Bank’s premises, as well as entrances and working areas via the surveillance and video recording systems. Video surveillance is also applied through ATMs or other electronic devices and audio recording is applied in case of telephone communications.

  • Video Surveillance All video surveillance will be directed by the YSU police department.

  • Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.

  • Surveillance The COR will receive and document all complaints from Government personnel regarding the services provided. If appropriate, the COR will send the complaints to the Contractor for corrective action.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian.
