Support Services and Service Levels. Nexthink shall provide support for the Services in accordance with its then current Support Services Addendum and shall provide the Cloud Services shall additionally be provided in accordance with its then current Service Level Addendum. Customer shall benefit from the latest available version of this Services Addendum, but only to the extent such newer version has any stronger commitments from Nexthink towards Customer.
