Support and Facilities. (a) Full-time In order to ensure that full-time members meet the expectations as listed in Article 10.01, the Employer undertakes to provide members with access to such facilities and support services as it reasonably determines is appropriate. The Employer recognizes the necessity to provide support whenever it places concomitant demands on members. The Employer will continue its current practice of supplying computers to full-time members.

Support and Facilities. (a) Full-time In order to ensure that full-time members meet the expectations as listed in Article 10.01, the Employer undertakes to provide members with access to such facilities and support services as it reasonably determines is appropriate. The Employer recognizes the necessity to provide support whenever it places concomitant demands on members. The Employer will provide each full time member with a new, standard computer as determined by the employer, every four years which shall be networked and maintained in good working order without charge to the member or the member’s Department/Program. (b) Sessional The Employer undertakes to provide sessional appointees teaching live courses in Sudbury with shared office space and access to such other facilities and support services as it reasonably determines is appropriate. When a sessional is teaching in any given academic year, the sessional member shall be entitled to retain his or her office for the year. The sessional is also entitled to keep library privileges from the date of appointment to 31 August of the following academic year. Upon request a sessional member teaching off campus will be provided with at T2200 – Declaration of Conditions of Employment. The Employer recognizes the necessity to provide support whenever it places concomitant demands on sessional appointees. The Employer shall provide one computer for each office to be used by sessional members. There shall be ten offices available for sessional appointees. ARTICLE 4
