Supplemental salary for the Individual. Teacher School Improvement Project shall be based upon the teacher’s position on the Salary Schedule, as of 2012 – 2013. Teachers between Step 12 and 15 may complete an ITSIP when they reach year 15 of service at a rate of ten percent (10%) per year. Teachers at 15 years of service as of 2012 – 2013 may complete an ITSIP at a rate of twelve percent (12%) per year. In either case, the ITSIP two-year project is paid out over three years. Appendix A, of the Master Agreement, according to the following schedule: Experience in Western % Per Year School District (Limit Two Years) 15-20 Years 11% 21-25 Years 14% +26 Years 17% F. Teachers may elect to earn National Board Certification at their own expense. If a teacher earns National Board Certification they shall receive a two percent (2%) stipend yearly as long as the certification is current.

  • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY. Effective July 1, 2000, as payment for the services to be rendered by the Employee as provided in Section 1 and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2, the Employer agrees to pay to the Employee a "Base Salary" at the rate of $180,000 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. The Base Salary for each calendar year (or proration thereof) beginning January 1, 2001 shall be determined by the Board of Directors of Avocent Corporation upon a recommendation of the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation (the "Compensation Committee"), which shall authorize an increase in the Employee's Base Salary in an amount which, at a minimum, shall be equal to the cumulative cost-of-living increment on the Base Salary as reported in the "Consumer Price Index, Huntsville, Alabama, All Items," published by the U.S. Department of Labor (using July 1, 2000, as the base date for computation prorated for any partial year). The Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation.

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.
