Notification to Individuals Where a Breach of PII occurs that is attributable to Contractor, Contractor shall pay for or promptly reimburse the EA for the full cost of the EA’s notification to Parents, Eligible Students, teachers, and/or principals, in accordance with Education Law Section 2-d and 8 NYCRR Part 121.

Fixed Term Employees 31. The only terms of this Agreement that apply to employees who are not regular employees are those that are set out in Articles 31A, 32, 33 and 34. Rights of Individuals 110. An employee may not be disciplined or discharged without just cause and without written notice of the intended action. The City agrees to follow the principles of progressive discipline.
