Supervisor Pay Differential. ‌ Effective the first day of the second full pay period after implementation of the 2021-2023 contract, those in the Engineer Administrative, Engineer Principal, Land Surveyor Administrative and Land Surveyor Principal job classifications, and other licensed engineers and land surveyors who were designated as the supervisor of two or more full-time employees, who were paid a supervisory differential of thirty-eight dollars and forty-six cents ($38.46) per pay period, and who are at Step A and those at Step K of their respective range will no longer receive the supervisor differential pay. Upon implementation of the 2021-2023 contract, those in the Engineer Administrative, Engineer Principal, Land Surveyor Administrative and Land Surveyor Principal job classifications, and other licensed engineers and land surveyors who were designated as the supervisor of two or more full- time employees, who were paid a supervisory differential of thirty-eight dollars and forty-six cents ($38.46) per pay period, and who are at Step B through Step J of their respective range will no longer receive the supervisor differential pay upon progressing to Step K.

Supervisor Pay Differential. Due to the unique composition of this bargaining unit, those in the Engineer Administrative, Engineer Principal, Land Surveyor Administrative and Land Surveyor Principal job classifications, and other licensed engineers and land surveyors who are designated as the supervisor of two or more full-time employees, will be paid a supervisory differential of thirty-eight dollars and forty-six cents ($38.46) per pay period beginning the payroll period in which July 1, 2020 occurs.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Differential Differential is a salary allowance in addition to the basic rate or schedule based upon additional skills, responsibilities, hours of employment, or distasteful or hazardous work.
