Supervision of General Contractor. This shall be assessed as part of the non-recurring Microwave Preparation Fee as specified in Exhibit B of this Attachment, if necessary, for BellSouth Property and Services Management personnel, Consultants, or Project Managers who monitor the Microwave Antenna Support Structure installation performed by WinStar’s contractor. The level of BellSouth’s personnel or consultants shall be commensurate with the requirements for supervising the project and monitoring construction.

Supervision of General Contractor. This shall be the reasonable sum of the hourly charges, if necessary, of any BellSouth Property and Services Management personnel, Consultants, or Project Managers who monitor the Microwave Antenna Support Structure installation performed by Winstar’s contractor. The level of BellSouth’s personnel or consultants shall be commensurate with the requirements for supervising the project and monitoring construction.
Supervision of General Contractor. This shall be the sum of the hourly charges of any USWC Real Estate Building Specialists or Project Managers who monitor the installation performed by Teligent’s contractor. All necessary monitoring and related activity undertaken by USWC employees shall not exceed a total of two (2) hours per day of construction unless USWC demonstrates that circumstances reasonably warrant additional time or the Parties agree that more time is required.

  • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.
