CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which contractor/renter may be held responsible for damages resulting from contractor/renter’s operations, acts, omissions or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve contractor/renter of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude the fair from taking other actions available to it under contract documents or by law, including, but not limited to, actions pursuant to contractor/renter’s indemnity obligations. The contractor/renter indemnity obligations shall survive the expiration, termination or assignment of this contract.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. The Contractor shall be responsible for the accuracy of its work and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections resulting from its errors, omissions, or negligent acts without compensation.
CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. The Contractor shall identify and place a competent and reliable representative with authority to act for the Contractor in charge of the work. The representative shall be responsible for all aspects of the work, including, but not limited to the Contractor’s own forces, any and all sub-contractors, suppliers, etc., reviewing, verifying and approving any claims for additional work submitted by sub-contractors, and organizing each day’s work plan in light of completing the work within the allotted time frame. No compensation shall be given for any extra work. See Clause 103.03 above.
CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical assurance, timely completion and coordination of all documentation and other commodities/services furnished by CONTRACTOR under this CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR shall perform such professional services as may be necessary to accomplish the work required to be performed under and in accordance with this CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR shall supply all licenses and permits required to perform this work in accordance with local restrictions and shall pay all fees resulting there from.
CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. Contractor shall be fully responsible for reporting and discharging all local, state and federal income or profit taxes or taxes imposed in lieu of an income or profit tax, franchise tax, pension benefits, payroll taxes including social security taxes, employment, disability and other customary insurance and for any other taxes (except sales, use, excise and gross receipts taxes addressed below) or payments, together with any interest and penalties, additions to tax, or additional amounts with respect thereto, which may be due and owing by Contractor or which are the result of fees or amounts paid by CCI to Contractor under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR SHALL FULLY INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE CCI GROUP HARMLESS FOR, FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM CONTRACTOR’S OR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS’ FAILURE TO PAY ANY TAXES THAT ARE CONTRACTOR’S OR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS’ RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS SECTION.
