Annual Paid Sick Leave Fifteen (15) days sick leave per year shall be earned by an employee at the rate of 1.25 days for every month that an employee is employed.
Extended Sick Leave When sick leave extends for more than 25 consecutive working days, the appointing authority shall initiate the following procedure:
Extended School Year For the extended school year program for 44 students receiving a 1 or 2 score on the state mandated assessments, a listing 45 of anticipated openings with instructions for submitting applications for 46 such openings, including any pertinent information regarding the positions, 1 shall be posted at each school site at which openings are expected to occur.
Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Master Contract.
Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.
Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

Utilization of Sick Leave with Pay Temporary employees who have earned sick leave credits in their temporary appointment shall be eligible for sick leave for any period of absence from employment due to any of the following reasons: • illness; • bodily injury; • disability resulting from pregnancy; • necessity for medical or dental care; • if the employee is a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, or stalking; or the parent or guardian of a minor child or dependent who is a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault or stalking, pursuant to ORS 659A.270 through 659A.290; • attendance at an employee assistance program; • exposure to contagious disease; • for the emergency repair of personal assistive devices which are medically necessary for the employee to perform assigned duties; • attendance upon members of the employee’s or the employee’s spouse’s immediate family, or the equivalent of each for domestic partners, (parent, wife, husband, children, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, or another member of the immediate household) where the employee’s presence is required because of illness or death; • parental leave. The employee has the duty to insure that they make other arrangements, within a reasonable period of time, for the attendance upon children or other persons in the employee’s care. Certification of an attending physician or practitioner may be required by the Agency to support the employee’s claim for sick leave if the employee is absent in excess of seven (7) days, or if the Agency has evidence that the employee is abusing sick leave privileges. The Agency may also require such certificate from an employee to determine whether the employee should be allowed to return to work where the Agency has reason to believe that the employee’s return to work would be a health hazard to either the employee or to others. Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.
