Common use of Successful Completion Clause in Contracts

Successful Completion. Receipt of a passing grade (C or greater) and full credit for the course on the school’s official record will satisfy the requirement of successful completion. Verification of successful completion may take the form of a letter, a number grade, or “pass” in a pass/fail criterion. For professional certifications, documentation of successful completion of course work from the institution is required.
