Service Name Clause Examples
The 'Service Name' clause defines the specific title or designation of the service being provided under the agreement. It typically identifies the service in clear terms, such as 'Website Maintenance' or 'IT Support,' ensuring both parties understand exactly what is being referred to throughout the contract. By clearly naming the service, this clause eliminates ambiguity and helps prevent misunderstandings about the scope or nature of the services covered.
