Submitting Questions about the RFP. The Respondent will have until the Deadline for Submitting Questions, identified in Part A, to submit in writing all questions regarding this RFP. Questions may only be sent to the Point of Contact. All questions shall, to the highest degree possible, cite the specific RFP section to which the question refers. The CPA will, at its discretion, answer the questions in a Question and Answer Document posted on the ESBD. Only answers provided in writing by the CPA shall be considered official. Information in any form other than the materials constituting this RFP, the Question and Answer Document, and any RFP addendum shall not be binding on the CPA. All questions submitted to the CPA must include the identity of the sender, the sender's title, company name, mailing address, telephone number, and facsimile number or e-mail address, as applicable.

Interview Plan Explanation In each interview, the Board President will: Introduce Board members to the candidate at the beginning of the interview. Describe the District's philosophy or mission statement. Describe the vacancy for the candidate by reviewing the: (1) qualifications, and (2) general duties and responsibilities of the Board and the Board members, including fiduciary responsibilities, conflict of interest, ethics and gift ban, and general Board member development. Begin asking the interview questions that the Board developed. Ask the candidate whether he or she has any questions for the Board. Axon warrants that its law enforcement hardware products which are manufactured by Axon are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Products that we are authorized to resell abide by the manufacturer's warranty.   • Submitting LMUSI 2.9.2.1 AFN may obtain LMU information and reserve facilities by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a manual LMUSI according to the terms and conditions as described in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from time to time. The CLEC Information Package is located at the “CLEC UNE Product” Web site address: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxxx/xxxx.xxxx. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if AFN needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, AFN may initiate a separate Manual SI for a separate NRC as set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Suggestions and Feedback If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback or input (“Customer Input”) related to our Services, we (and our corporate group entities) will own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Input, even if you have designated the Customer Input as confidential.   • Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements. The Contractor agrees to prepare and submit a JOC Task Order Proposal of Work.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
