Submission of Qualifications Documents. The Secondary Teachers recognize the right of the Board to require the submission of all documents by the teacher, which form the basis upon which the Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario granted the QECO Statement of Evaluation. In such cases where the basis is not clear, it's the Board's prerogative to place a teacher on the salary grid according to the Director of Education, or designates, interpretation of QECO Programme 5. If said teacher disagrees with such placement, it is then his/her right to pursue a resolution of this difference of interpretation through the regular Grievance Procedure.

  • Definition of Qualifications a. In this Agreement, "necessary qualifications" in respect of a teaching position means that, in the professional judgement of the Superintendent of Schools, there is a reasonable expectation, based on the teaching certification, training, education and experience of a teacher that the teacher shall be able to perform the duties of the position in a satisfactory manner.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests.   • CERTIFICATIONS, REPRESENTATIONS and WARRANTIES Consultant makes the following certifications, representations, and warranties for the benefit of the District and Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the District, in deciding to engage Consultant pursuant to this Agreement is relying upon the truth and validity of the following certifications, representations and warranties and their effectiveness throughout the term of this Agreement and the course of Consultant's engagement hereunder:
