Submission of a Task Order. Customer may submit a Task Order Request for Supplemental Services to NCPA in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All Supplemental Services requests shall be submitted to NCPA in writing using the task order request form attached to this Appendix F (“Task Order Request Form”). In the Task Order Request Form, Customer shall provide a description of the desired Supplemental Services, a time frame on which Customer is seeking such Supplemental Services to be completed, and all other relevant details that may assist NCPA’s review and consideration of the Task Order Request.
