SUB Plan and Secondary Sick Leave Payment Termination. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, SUB plan and secondary sick leave payments to an employee shall cease upon the termination of their employment whether through retirement or otherwise.

  • Early Contract Termination The State may terminate this contract in whole or in part by giving fifteen (15) days written notice to the Purchaser when it is in the best interests of the State.   • Sick Leave Credit-Based Retirement Gratuities 1) A Teacher is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Teacher had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day.

  • OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT Executive agrees that any and all of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibits B and C, shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.
