Study Treatment Schedule. 6.3.1. Leukapheresis (Within Approximately 5 Days of Eligibility Confirmation) Subjects will undergo leukapheresis to obtain leukocytes (white blood cells [WBCs]) for the manufacturing of KTE-X19 or axicabtagene ciloleucel. Leukapheresed cells obtained at participating centers will be shipped to the cell processing facility (CPF) overnight as described in the Investigational Product Manual. KTE-C19-102 Kite Pharma, Inc. Another balanced crystalloid solution (such as Ringer’s lactate) can be used in place of 0.9% NaCl if deemed more appropriate in the investigator’s opinion.
