Street Sweeping. The Developer is responsible for the removal of all construction debris and earth materials within the public right-of-way during construction. The City will inspect the roadways to ensure the Developer is keeping all public roadway surfaces clean. If any portion of a public roadway surface is found in an unacceptable condition, the City will have appropriate equipment dispatched to the site an all costs associated with the clean-up effort will be billed to the Developer.
