Xxxxxx Sweeping Service Routes. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, City shall provide Contractor with a street sweeping database for use in developing routes and maps. Contractor shall develop the routes and maps using this data. Within thirty (30) days of receiving City provided route maps, Contractor shall submit to the City Representative, service area maps, precisely defining the sweeper routes for review and approval by the City Representative. The route maps shall include the days of the month sweeping shall occur, the portions of the City to be swept, and any special needs such as early starts, and late finishes. The City Representative may provide written comments on the preliminary maps to Contractor no later than ten (10) work days after receipt of the maps from Contractor. Contractor shall revise the maps to reflect such comments and return them to the City Representative within ten (10) work days after receipt of the City Representative’s comments for City corroboration. Upon approval by the City Representative of the final sweeper route maps, Contractor shall develop and maintain the sweeping routes on a computerized mapping system that is compatible with City’s mapping system to the extent possible. Street sweeping maps provided to the City shall be in a format that is suitable for posting to the City website.

Xxxxxx Sweeping Service Routes. On or before July 1, 2017, TOWN shall 1712 provide CONTRACTOR with a Street Sweeping database for use in developing routes and 1713 maps. CONTRACTOR shall develop the routes and maps using this data. 1714 10.11.1 Not less than forty-five (45) days prior to commencement of Street 1715 Sweeping Services, CONTRACTOR shall submit to the Town Representative, Service Area 1716 maps precisely defining the Sweeper Routes for review and approval by the Town 1717 Representative. The route maps shall include the days of the month sweeping shall occur, the 1718 sweeping schedules in adjacent areas, the portions of the TOWN to be swept, the start and 1719 finish of each route, the location of each dumpsite, and any special needs such as early starts, 1720 and late finishes. 1721 10.11.2 The Town Representative may provide written comments on the 1722 preliminary maps to CONTRACTOR no later than ten (10) Work Days after receipt of the maps 1723 from CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall revise the maps to reflect such comments and 1724 return them to the Town Representative within ten (10) Work Days after receipt of the Town 1725 Representative’s comments for TOWN corroboration. 1726 10.11.3 Upon approval by the Town Representative of the final Sweeper Route 1727 maps, CONTRACTOR shall develop and maintain the Sweeping Routes on a computerized 1728 mapping system that is compatible with TOWN’S mapping system to the extent possible. Street 1729 Sweeping maps provided to the TOWN shall be in a format that is suitable for posting to the 1730 TOWN website. 1731 10.11.4 Changes in maps due to addition and deletion of certain TOWN Streets 1732 shall be provided by TOWN, and CONTRACTOR shall update the maps in CONTRACTOR’S 1733 system every month. Such changes shall also be reflected in CONTRACTOR’S printed route 1734 maps. 1735 10.12 Service Route Changes. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the Town 1736 Representative, in writing, any proposed route change (including maps thereof) not less than 1737 forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the proposed date of implementation.

  • Non-Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the high-side of the generator substation at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established a different power factor range that applies to all similarly situated non-synchronous generators in the control area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. This requirement shall only apply to newly interconnecting non-synchronous generators that have not yet executed a Facilities Study Agreement as of September 21, 2016.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
