Statement of Maintainability. The Bidder shall state the maintenance objectives and the anticipated operational life associated with the principal elements and components of the Permanent Works and in particular how these apply in the selection and use of proposed materials. The Bidder shall demonstrate a reasonable balance between construction costs and maintenance costs and the effect of its proposals on the lifetime costs of the Permanent Works. The Bidder shall include in this statement a schedule of the main maintenance operations, including intervals between such operations, for all aspects of the required construction and of main spares and stores required and their rates of use.

  • INSURANCE AND PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Contractor understands and agrees that financial responsibility for claims or damages to any person, or to Contractor’s employees and agents, shall rest with the Contractor. Contractor and its subcontractors shall effect and maintain any insurance coverage, including, but not limited to, Workers’ Compensation, Employers’ Liability, General Liability, Contractual Liability, Automobile Liability and Umbrella Liability to support such financial obligations. The indemnification obligation, however, shall not be reduced in any way by existence or non-existence, limitation, amount or type of damages, compensation, or benefits payable under Workers’ Compensation laws or other insurance provisions. The minimum limits of insurance required of the Contractor by MPS shall be: Workers’ Compensation Statutory Limits Employers’ Liability $100,000 per occurrence General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate Auto Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence Umbrella (excess) Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence The Milwaukee Board of School Directors shall be named as an additional insured under Contractor’s and subcontractors’ general liability insurance and umbrella liability insurance. Evidence of all required insurances of Contractor shall be submitted electronically to MPS via its third party vendor, EXIGIS Risk Management Services. Waivers and exceptions to the above limits will be in the sole discretion of MPS and shall be recorded in the EXIGIS system, which records are incorporated into this Contract by reference. The certificate of insurance or policies of insurance evidencing all coverages shall include a statement that MPS shall be afforded a thirty (30) day written notice of cancellation, non-renewal or material change by any of Contractor’s insurers providing the coverages required by MPS for the duration of this Contract.

  • RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 35 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 36 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 37 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.

  • RECORDS MAINTENANCE The CONTRACTOR shall maintain books, records, documents, data and other evidence relating to this contract and performance of the services described herein, including but not limited to accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature expended in the performance of this contract. CONTRACTOR shall retain such records for a period of six years following the date of final payment. At no additional cost, these records, including materials generated under the contract, shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by the AGENCY, personnel duly authorized by the AGENCY, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by law, regulation or agreement. If any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration of the six (6) year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Waiver of Medical Coverage a. Regular, full-time employees who provide proof of alternate medical coverage may waive coverage through Kitsap County’s sponsored medical plans and for that waiver receive a one hundred dollar ($100.00) per month waiver-incentive payment; however, such payment is subject to employment taxes. Regular, full-time employees may not waive their individual medical coverage in lieu of coverage as a spouse/domestic partner on a County-sponsored medical plan.
