STATE PROJECT. The STATE wishes to construct an interchange improvement and traffic signal project designated as project number IM 0292(92)73 PCN 06X4, referred to in this Agreement as the “STATE PROJECT.” The STATE PROJECT is located on Interstate 29 (I29), Exit 73 (Tea Exit).

  • The Project The Project is the total construction of which the Work performed under the Contract Documents may be the whole or a part.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
