Standard of Service for the Telephone System. At the commencement of the term of this Agreement the telephone system shall have, at a minimum, enough incoming lines and adequate staff to process incoming calls such that each call is answered in four (4) rings and no caller is placed on hold for more than thirty (30) seconds.

Standard of Service for the Telephone System. The Grantee shall maintain a State-of-the-Art telephone system throughout the term of this Ordinance. At the commencement of the term of this Ordinance, the telephone system shall have, at a minimum, enough incoming lines and adequate staff to process incoming calls such that telephone answer time, including wait time, shall not exceed thirty (30) seconds when the connection is made. If the call needs to be transferred, transfer time shall not exceed thirty (30) seconds. Subscribers shall receive a busy signal less than three percent (3%) of the time.

  • Standard of Services All services to be rendered by SCM hereunder shall be performed in a professional, competent and timely manner subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on behalf of the Funds.
