Common use of Standard Company Benefits Clause in Contracts

Standard Company Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which the Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the standard Company benefits and compensation practices which may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its Executives generally, which shall include, at a minimum, two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year. The Company may adopt, change or delete plans, policies and provisions in its sole discretion.

Standard Company Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all rights and benefits employee benefit programs for which the Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the standard Company benefits and compensation practices which benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its Executives generally, which shall include, at a minimum, two employees. Executive will receive up to twenty (220) weeks of paid days vacation per calendar year. The Company may adopt, reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or delete plans, policies and provisions in programs it offers to its sole discretionemployees at any time.
