Common use of Standard Company Benefits Clause in Contracts

Standard Company Benefits. Executive shall, in accordance with Company policy and the terms of the applicable plan documents, be eligible to participate in benefits under any benefit plan or arrangement that may be in effect from time to time and made available to the Company’s employees.

The Company shall pay 100% of the Companypremium associated with group health insurance for Executive as an individual, and 75% of the premium associated with group health insurance for Executive’s employeesdependents, if applicable. The Company reserves the right to modify, add or eliminate benefits from time to time.

Executive shall, in accordance with Company policy and the terms of the applicable plan documents, shall be eligible to participate in the standard benefit plans offered to similarly situated employees by the Company from time to time, subject to plan terms and generally applicable Company policies. The Company may change benefits under any benefit plan or arrangement that may be in effect from time to time and made available to the Company’s employeesin its discretion.

The Company shall pay 100% of the Companypremium associated with group health insurance for Executive as an individual, and 60% of the premium associated with group health insurance for Executive’s employeesdependents, if applicable. The Company reserves the right to modify, add or eliminate benefits from time to time.

Standard Company Benefits. Executive shall, in accordance with Company policy and the terms of the applicable plan documents, shall be eligible to participate in benefits under any benefit plan or arrangement that may be in effect from time to time and made available to the Company’s employeesstandard employee benefit plans as in effect ‘xxx time to time, subject to the terms and conditions of the plans. These benefits currently include group insurance plans (such as health, life, and disability) and a retirement savings plan.
