Common use of Standard Company Benefits Clause in Contracts

Standard Company Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the standard Company benefits and compensation practices that may be in effect from time to time and are provided by the Company to its executive employees generally, as well as any additional benefits provided to Executive consistent with past practice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 3.3 shall not create or be deemed to create any obligation on the part of the Company to adopt or maintain any benefits or compensation practices at any time.

Standard Company Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the standard Company benefits and compensation practices that may be in effect from time to time and are generally provided by the Company to its executive employees generallyemployees, employed at similar full-time or part-time status, as well as any additional applicable. Any such benefits provided and compensation practices shall be subject to Executive consistent with past practice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 3.3 shall not create or be deemed to create any obligation on the part terms of the Company to adopt or maintain any benefits governing benefit or compensation practices at any timeplans and may be changed by the Company from time to time in its discretion.

Executive shall be eligible for the same travel terms and programs as in effect for the CEO, as amended from time to time.
