Common use of Standard Company Benefits Clause in Contracts

Standard Company Benefits. You shall be entitled to participate in all other employee benefit programs for which you are eligible under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its employees. These benefits include health, dental, and other insurance coverage, participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan, and holiday and sick leave. Insurance coverage will begin on the first day of your employment. The official plan documents will control. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or programs it offers to its employees at any time in its discretion.
