  • Stand-By Pay Employees are entitled to stand-by pay if required to remain on the Employer’s premises or so close thereto that the employee cannot use the time effectively for his/her own purposes. Stand-by payment shall be at the regular, or overtime rate of pay, whichever is applicable. An employee who is not required to remain on the Employer’s premises but is merely required to leave word at his/her home or with the Employer where he/she may be reached is not working while on call. If an employee is called back to work, the provisions of Section 2 apply. Any employee who is place on call shall not be required to perform any duties the employee is not qualified to perform.

  • Stand-by The status of an employee who has been specifically assigned by an appropriate supervisor to remain available for call-in at home or any location employer has been made aware of such that the employee can be contacted by telephone to report to work immediately upon notification from employer.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.

  • Bound by Plan By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges that he has received a copy of the Plan and has had an opportunity to review the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions of the Plan.

  • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.   • Marking Records As of the Closing Date, Seller has caused the Computer File relating to the Contracts sold hereunder and concurrently reconveyed by Trust Depositor to the Trust and pledged by the Trust to the Indenture Trustee to be clearly and unambiguously marked to indicate that such Contracts constitute part of the Trust Corpus, are owned by the Trust and constitute security for the Notes.
