  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any expense, injury, loss or damage resulting from work done in or upon, or in connection with the use of, any adjacent or nearby building, land, street or alley.
