Special Terms and Conditions for. Trading in Crypto Assets The following Special Terms and Conditions apply to trading (purchase, sale) as well as custody of crypto assets within the scope of Trade Republic's services and if these services are offered in the location of the Customer. The crypto assets that can be traded at Trade Republic are "units of account" (“Rechnungseinheit”) or "crypto assets" (“Kryptowerte”) within the meaning of the German Banking Act and therefore financial instruments. Crypto assets cause different risks than securities. Trade Republic has advised the Customer of these risks in the document entitled "Crypto Trading Risk Information". The document is available for the Customer in the Postbox (Timeline).
