Special Terms and Conditions for Trading in Crypto Assets. The following Special Terms and Conditions apply to trading as well as custody of Crypto Assets within the scope of Trade Republic's services and if these services are offered in the place of residence of the Customer. The Crypto Assets that can be traded at Trade Republic are "units of account" (“Rechnungseinheit”) or "Crypto Assets" (“Kryptowerte”) within the meaning of the KWG and are therefore financial instruments. Crypto Assets give rise to different risks than Securities. Trade Republic has informed the Customer of these risks in the document entitled “Risk Information Crypto”. The document is available for the Customer in the Mailbox (Timeline). Services offered Trade Republic enables its Customers to trade selected Crypto Assets (hereinafter also referred to as "Crypto Transactions") through their User Account in the Application.
