Special Provision Limiting Purchaser’s Remedies. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy with respect to delays in Delivery shall be as specified in Article 22 and this Article 23.1. Purchaser shall have no right to terminate this Contract pursuant to this Article 23.1 above on or after Intentional Ignition (unless and to the extent of a Terminated Ignition pursuant to Article 12.1).
Special Provision Limiting Purchaser’s Remedies. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy with respect to delays in Delivery shall be as specified in Article 20 and this Article 21.1. In addition, termination of the Contract in whole or in part shall not affect Contractor’s obligations as set forth in the Contract with respect to any non-terminated portion of the Work hereunder or any Work or Deliverable Item that has been paid for or Accepted by the Purchaser, including any Satellites or Ground Deliverables already delivered or to be delivered.

Purchaser shall have no right to terminate the Space Segment except to the extent of its rights to terminate the Contract in whole in part in accordance with Article 23.1.1 and with respect to the GBBF Subsystem in accordance with Article 23.1.2.
