Special maternity leave. 12.6.1 Where the pregnancy of an Employee terminates after 28 weeks and the Employee has not commenced maternity leave, the Employee may take unpaid special maternity leave of such period as a registered medical practitioner certifies as necessary. Alternatively, the Employee may take paid personal leave if she has sufficient credits.
