SOC Production Consultative Committee. The SOC Consultative Committee will continue and will involve employees from the Filling, Works Loading and Maintenance operations as well as management representatives. The role of the Consultative Committee is defined in the Consultative Committee Constitution which may be changed from time to time with consultation and agreement. Committee members must receive appropriate training within three months of their appointment. There will be a monthly review of progress against the objectives of this Agreement and the Annual Plan by the Consultative Committee.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
