Site Utility and As-Built Drawings. The Developer’s sitework contractor shall, at a minimum, stake or xxxx clearly all underground utility stubouts, provide agency approved as-built drawing which show spot elevations of backfill or excavation (at truck xxxxx, stem walls, etc.) and provide one point of contact such as the project Superintendent for any coordination issues.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Building Maintenance The host facility provider shall maintain (in a state of good repair) all buildings used for the educational program. All damages made by the AGENCY’s program will be the responsibility of the AGENCY to repair.

  • ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

  • Sanitary Facilities - Construction 5.1 Closets shall be soundly constructed and roofed with weatherproof material. The floor of each closet shall be well drained and constructed of concrete, bricks and cement, or of other approved materials which shall be impervious to water. Every closet shall be well lighted by natural or artificial light and shall be ventilated. Each closet shall have a hinged door, capable of being fastened on the inside, lift seats/flaps and toilet paper. If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts)

  • Maintenance, Repairs and Alterations Landlord hereby covenants that the Premises shall be in reasonably good and usable condition as of the effective date of this Agreement. Replacements made by Landlord, if any, shall belong to it. Landlord shall keep access to the Premises free and clear of any and all obstructions including snow and ice. ** Portions of this agreement have been omitted and filed separately with the SEC pursuant to a confidential treatment request CONFIDENTIAL EXECUTION VERSION In the event of an emergency, Tenant shall have the right to perform any obligation of Landlord under this Agreement and recover from Landlord any reasonable amounts so expended by Tenant within thirty (30) days of the date of demand or, in the alternative, to offset amounts so expended against Rent.
