Signature and Ratification. (a) This Treaty shall be open for signature at Semipalatinsk, the Republic of Kazakhstan, by all States of the Central Asian Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone: the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Куrgуz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
