Sick Leave Buyback. a) If an employee is upgraded while on overtime, Article 27 will apply. Nothing herein shall require payment of overtime when an insubstantial amount of time is worked in excess of the normal shift. For the purpose of this Article, an insubstantial amount of time shall be considered any period of time less than one-quarter (1/4) hour. Employees shall be paid overtime to the next highest one-quarter (1/4) hour for any time worked over one-quarter (1/4) hour.
