Shipping release. Supplier shall not fabricate any Products, procure any materials, or ship any Products to PACCAR unless specific delivery dates or an authorization for raw material acquisition and stocking periods is provided in this purchase order, in a blanket purchase order that is referenced on this purchase order, or in PACCAR's written instructions. PACCAR shall not be responsible for Products when delivery dates or written instructions have not been provided. PACCAR may return shipments in excess of those authorized at Supplier's expense.

Shipping release. Seller shall not fabricate any of the Goods covered by this Purchase Order, procure any materials required in their fabrication or ship any of such Goods to Buyer, unless specific delivery dates, or an authorization for raw material acquisition and stocking periods is provided in this Purchase Order (or in a master purchase order that is referenced in this Purchase Order), or in written instructions subsequently furnished to Seller by Buyer. Buyer shall have no responsibility for Goods for which delivery dates or such written instructions have not been provided. Shipments in excess of those authorized may be returned to Seller and Seller shall pay Buyer for all expenses incurred in connection with the return of such shipments. Seller shall request permission to ship nonconforming materials in which case, if Buyer grants permission, Seller shall provide corrective action.
Shipping release. Unless specific delivery dates are provided in the Purchase Order, Seller shall not fabricate any of the goods covered by the Purchase Order or procure any of the materials required in their fabrication or ship any of such goods to Buyer except to the extent authorized in written instructions furnished to Seller by Buyer. Buyer shall have no responsibility for goods for which delivery dates or such written instructions have not been provided. Shipments in excess of those authorized may be returned to Seller and Seller shall pay Buyer for all packing, handling, sorting, and transportation expense incurred in connection with such shipments. Buyer may from time to time, without penalty, change shipping schedules specified in the Purchase Order or contained in such written instructions, or direct temporary suspension of such scheduled shipments.

  • Shipping Terms All deliveries will be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor.

  • SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS On date of shipment send original xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt reflecting this Purchase Order number to Buyer’s Traffic Department. Do not deliver ahead of schedule unless written authorization is received from Buyer. Describe shipments in accordance with the carrier’s tariffs to obtain the lowest freight rate. Do not insure or declare value on shipments beyond F.O.B point. When a shipment is subject to freight rates dependent upon value, annotate the xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt to show that the shipment is released at the maximum value which applies to the lowest rate provided in applicable tariffs. Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Articles furnished in excess of the quantity specified or in excess of quantity ordered will be retained by Buyer at no additional cost, unless Seller notifies Buyer within 30 days after shipment that it desires the return thereof. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING TERMS The Contractor agrees to make deliveries only upon receipt of authorized Customer Purchase Order acknowledged by H-GAC. Delivery made without such Purchase Order will be at Contractor’s risk and will leave H-GAC the option of canceling any contract awarded to the Contractor. The Contractor must secure and deliver any item within five (5) working days, or as agreed to on any corresponding customer Purchase Order.

  • Purchase Order A Customer may use purchase orders to buy commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract and, if applicable, the Contractor must provide commodities or contractual services pursuant to purchase orders. Purchase orders issued pursuant to the Contract must be received by the Contractor no later than the close of business on the last day of the Contract’s term. The Contractor is required to accept timely purchase orders specifying delivery schedules that extend beyond the Contract term even when such extended delivery will occur after expiration of the Contract. Purchase orders shall be valid through their specified term and performance by the Contractor, and all terms and conditions of the Contract shall survive the termination or expiration of the Contract and apply to the Contractor’s performance. The duration of purchase orders for recurring deliverables shall not exceed the expiration of the Contract by more than twelve months. Any purchase order terms and conditions conflicting with these Special Contract Conditions shall not become a part of the Contract.

  • SHIPPING /TAXES If goods are provided pursuant to this Contract, please note that MPS is exempt from Federal Excise and Wisconsin Sales Taxes. All vendor quotes, bids and invoices must include delivery FOB destination to the MPS location receiving the goods and freight must be prepaid. This means any freight, shipping, processing, handling or like charges must be part of a unit price. Any separate line items for freight, shipping, processing, handling or like charges listed on an invoice will be deleted and NOT PAID. All textbook purchases shall be governed by the terms and conditions in the Milwaukee Board of School Directors’ Textbook Contract, which provides that textbooks shipped to MPS or its schools must be done at no additional charge to MPS or its schools. MPS reserves the right to reject any items that do not conform to the bid, quote or Purchase Order. All return freight charges associated with the rejected materials shall be borne by the vendor.

  • AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.
