Common use of Shift Premium Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium Entitlement. Except as set out above, employees who are dispatched to work during hours that fall under the definition of afternoon/night shift will receive a shift premium for all hours actually worked between 6:01 p.m. and 5:59 a.m.

Shift Premium Entitlement. Except as set Shift premiums will apply to overtime hours worked in conjunction with a shift. An employee who is called out above, employees who are dispatched to work during hours that fall under between 9:00 p.m. and 4:29 a.m. shall receive the definition of afternoon/night shift will receive a shift premium for all hours actually each hour worked between 6:01 p.m. and 5:59 a.m.during the callout period up to the commencement of their regularly scheduled shift.
