Service Selected. The client has selected the full photography package that includes full coverage of the client’s wedding day. All 350-450 edited images will be supplied on a DVD. An online photostory/slideshow will also be available to view online. The package also includes full wedding videography that includes a 5-7 minute highlights video plus individual videos of the ceremony, speeches and first dance. All videos will be provided on a DVD. Travel Costs: Travel is charged at 30p per mile from Sheffield postcode S8 9AD. Travel is only charged for weddings where travel to the wedding exceeds 40 miles. Accommodation Costs: In this instance One Wedding will pay for their own accommodation.

  • Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.

  • Service Standards We provide the Services materially in accordance with the features and functionalities set out in the Specification Documents. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to you subject to operational requirements including maintenance and security.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:
