Service Paying Freight Rates. In preparing trip tickets covering service paying freight rates, conductors will show time required to report for duty, time engine passes designated outer switch, time engine reaches designated outer switch and time off duty. If switching is ordered, time occupied in switching to be shown. Time not allowed (Joint) When there is a question regarding the time or mileage to be paid for, any portion not in dispute will allowed, and the employee advised within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of ticket regarding the portion which is not allowed together with the reason why not allowed, otherwise such claim will be paid. In cases where all time or mileage claimed on any return is disallowed such time return will be returned to the employee within thirty calendar days by the proper officer of the railway, otherwise such claim will be paid. When a time return is returned each employee whose name appears xxxxxxx will also be advised.   • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or ISA to LEA pupils.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program:

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.

  • BASE PAY RATE The employee's basic hourly rate exclusive of overtime premium, shift premium, stability or any other special allowances.

  • Paying Electricity Charges pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Flat And Appurtenances.

  • Hourly Fees Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on Exhibit B.
