Common use of Seminars and Conferences Clause in Contracts

Seminars and Conferences. Employees may from time to time attend conferences, seminars, training sessions, etc. The registration fees and related expenses may be paid upon approval of the Employer. The attending employee may be required to sign a reimbursement agreement agreeing to fully reimburse the Employer for all expenses relating to seminars, etc., should voluntary termination occur within two (2) years of the seminar, conference, etc.
