Section 8.2.1.2. Twelve Month. 11 At the beginning of the employee’s sixth (6th) year of service, the employee will 12 move to the next vacation accrual level. Twelve (12) month employees shall receive 13 their annual accumulation at the beginning of the school year. If, on the date of 14 resignation or discharge, an employee has used more vacation than earned, the 15 unearned vacation shall be deducted from the employee’s final check.
