Section 7.2. Vacations. Beginning with the first (1st) through fifth (5th) year of employment, employees shall receive ten (10) 15 days vacation per year. Beginning with the sixth (6th) year of employment, one (1) additional day will 16 be added each year until by the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of employment a maximum of 18 school year will be granted prorated vacation credits per Article XVII, Section 17.9. Hours worked by 20 vacation days, instead these employees shall receive a shift differential as stated in Section 17.15.
